If you are planning to go to Dr. Foulk to try to conceive, just don't. The staff is beyond horrible, and Foulk does not care about anything. They just want you to continue the same treatment plan over and over with no results. If you voice your opinion about the treatment plan, it is totally dismissed.

We had a truly horrible experience with Dr. Foulk. He was condescending to me and my husband, cracking jokes that my husband was heckpecked, and made us feel judged. The worst though was the transvaginal ultrasound. He did NONE of the things you would expect a doctor to do for such an intimate exam -- explain what would be done, provide a warning about touching me, let me know how long the exam was. I left feeling violated.

We visited recently and found Dr. Foulk to be unprofessional, judgmental and condescending. First, Dr. Foulk spoke down to us and seemed particularly disapproving of me, cracking jokes that my husband was henpecked (he's not) and acting as though it served us right to have trouble conceiving since we didn't meet start trying for a family as soon as we got together. During a subsequent exam, Dr. Foulk didn't wear gloves when most doctors would have. All in all, we both left feeling insulted and worried about whether I'd contracted anything.

I have been going to Dr. Foulk for gynocology services since 1997 and I have had nothing but the best of care.

I love the physicians here. They are on time and very knowledgeable. The nursing staff are kind and helpful. The only problem I had was with scheduling. Some people work and the receptionist Kat is rude and not very accomodating. Sorry for the one star but she ruins my day every time she's there

I like Dr. Foulk personally, but I feel that I was just a number. They would constantly make mistakes, and I would have to correct them based on my knowledge of my own situation. When I did my 1st IUI, I was hoping for Dr. Foulk to do it, but he didn't. A nurse did, and it did not seem like she knew what she was doing. It was painful and not a good experience. They're very hard to get ahold of, and I saw a different nurse every time I went. It seems like a lot of them didn't even check my chart, because they would tell me the wrong information for me! They've also many mistakes in their billing, and don't seem to be upfront about actual costs of things. I think they take on way too many patients for just 2 doctors there, and the nurses (try to) run the place.

I went to see Dr. Foulk as a second opinion. I was getting no where with my previous doctor, and I was in constant pain from a botched myomectomy the year before. Dr. Foulk was the first doctor who actually listened to me about the pain, rather than just giving me anti-depressants. He performed a surgery where he was able to locate the problem and correct the issues. I have been living pain free because he took a chance on me, believing me when no one else would. I owe Dr. Foulk so much more than a good rating on one website. I wish I could do more. If you have ever lived in constant pain and someone was able to take it away, then you understand exactly how I feel.

I absolutely LOVE Dr Foulk and his staff (Anne-Marie, Ashley, Tonya, Barb, Abby, Nicole, Christine, Ammon, Patrick, Shelby, Camilla, Brooke, etc). My husband and I have gone to him for over a year and I feel like I have made over 20 new friends. Infertility is not easy to go through but Dr Foulk and his staff have made the process about us and what he can do to help in every way. One example of how wonderful he is... They had an open house for their new building and without a chart or without name tags on or without us saying who we were, Dr Foulk walked up to us (my husband and I) called us by name and asked us about our situation and knew exactly where we were in the process of some tests we were waiting for. Dr Foulk is known internationally and has hundreds of patients. For him to know us that well is amazing and brings me comfort in knowing I chose the right Doctor. We have never regretted our choice in going to Dr Foulk.
