I've been going to Dr. Riggins for 3 years for help for my migraines. My husband goes with me each appt when I receive my Botox shots. Dr. Riggins is an excellent doctor with a great sense of humor! My husband and I truly appreciate him and I would highly recommend him. I've read the negative reviews and am shocked at what some wrote. I have never received anything less than the best care from him. Great care, very knowledgeable!!!

Loved, Loved, LOVED! this guy! I initially went to him a couple of years ago to have some testing done before surgery and am so excited that I get to go back to him for my migraines. I found him super pleasant with a great sense of humor. He was easy to talk and spoke to me as an intelligent adult and not like an idiot without a medical degree. I am so excited to get to see him again. I expect great results as always.

I guess, from reading other reviews, that if you expect a doctor to be stiff, formal and humorless, then Scott isn't your man. But if you prefer someone who's relaxed, dedicated and confident, Dr. Riggins is a good choice. I've seen him multiple times and have been extremely pleased.

Dr. Riggins is a very compassionate doctor. He is encouraging and does not give up on my migraine issues. I feel like he is fighting with me. I would recommend him.

First of all his nurse is very unfriendly and in-personable. I know my insurance, but she argued over facts that I knew. (I was right) The doctor is arrogant and pompous but when you get down to facts he is very knowledgeable…but you have to dig deep to get through the attitude. He's young and has a lot to learn about life and people. It's to bad they don't teach this in medical school. He may have been better in research rather than patient care. It's sad because I think there is a caring person in there somewhere.

This guy is super rude and treats his patients like dirt. Rude, obnoxious, and borderline physically abusive are the words I would use to describe him best. One may even question if he is an actual licensed neurologist.

Dr. Riggins was the neurological referral for my mother. My sister and I both have gone with mom to the consult and subsequent appointments. I cannot say enough good things about this physician. We were dreading the initial visit - he was kind, patient, understanding and spent over an hour evaluating mom. AND he was wonderful with her (a dementia pt.) making a potentially awkward and unpleasant situation just short of a treat.
