I was referred to Dr. Sambol in March of this year, with what was thought to be severe vascular disease, but through testing, turned out to be 100% blockage of my Iliac artery which supplies blood to my lower body and my legs. From my first appointment with Dr. Sambol, through to surgery day and all my follow ups, I knew I was in the best hands possible, Im 53 yrs old and never thought I would be facing something so life threatening or changing. I remember my first visit and learning some of the bad news, I started crying, and he immediately took my hand and told me, were gonna be okay. He advised me that we needed to do more tests, and I had to quit smoking. So, I quit smoking, and had some tests done and my surgery was in June, what he did to me and for me, was no easy task, but here I am, months later, fully recovered, with a new lease on life, and Im forever thankful and grateful to Dr. Sambol. He is the best, he had my life in his hands and he took the best possible care of me, and I absolutely love him, he does amazing work.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Sambol to anyone who has a DVT! He responded to a request from the ER docs at Princeton and left his family on a religious holiday to diagnose me. My DVT was extremely serious and w/o his quick diagnosis I may have been looking at a very bad outcome. He takes the time to inform you and offers his best resolution to get you back on your feet ASAP. I am grateful and thank him for being there for me through a very difficult time!

Outstanding doctor who explains a medical condition, offers treatment with expertise, care and compassion, and is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend him and so glad I switched from a Philly practice to one at the well-organized, clean and professional Princeton Surgical Associates. His treatments of my venous insufficiency has had a positive result with little discomfort.

Rude and abrupt. Perhaps Dr Sambol should learn how to talk to patients - leaving them in tears is not a good outcome, especially when the patient is in tremendous pain. Extremely disappointing.

Staff is really good, but none of my consultations with Dr. Sambol lasted more than 3 minutes. I don't have time to voice my concerns or ask about the procedures. When I realized, he had already left the room.

Outstanding! Dr. Sambol did an outstanding job with my vein procedures. He was very knowledgable and answered all of the questions I had throughout the process. His staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Sambol was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He did a great job thoroughly explaining the surgery (venous ablation and phlebectomy). My experience with Dr. Sambol was outstanding! Although my issue was not in his specialty, he was willing to help. He went out of his way in spending an excessive amount of time dealing with my insurance company, personally. Taking the time to explain options, test results and the surgery, Dr. Sambol put me a ease. Happily, Dr. Sambol was successful with my surgery and follow up was very pleasant. Dr. Sambol is the perfect combination of knowledgeable and talented surgeon with caring and compassionate individual. I would highly recommend him and his office to everyone!
