Dr. Bhat is the best in North Carolina. She has done a phenomenal job taking car of my mouth for over ten years. I highly suggest you try her out, especially if you don't enjoy going in for cleanings, she makes visits easy and enjoyable.

The staff and Dr. Bhat are so very welcoming. I think everyone in that office knows my name. It really helps me feeling comfortable going there. They do great work and I trust her with my dental health.

The staff is very patient and helpful and cares about the patient's needs. They are also very
friendly and knowledgeable. I won't go anywhere else - best dental care ever. I highly recommend Rita Bhat to anyone in NC.

Myself and family of 5 all have been patients of Dr. Rita Bhat for years. We love this office! Her staff have been with her for a long time and are always nice and helpful. Insurance has always been explained with the exception that it is an estimate of what it will cost us out of pocket.
Dr. Bhat, Kim and Alayna are always very gentle and caring when working on us.
We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Baht is caring, compassionate, and extremely kind. She is professional and explains things carefully. Her staff is equally as kind and knowledgeable. She is the best dentist I have ever had.

New Patient: Went in for a consultation and was treated very well. I had no issues, the staff was wonderful. I am transferring to Dr Bhat from another dentist in Mooresville that did some work that was absolutly aweful.

Front office person, Lynn is very unprofessional. She is snarky and argumentative. We were told my husband needed a crown on a tooth that did not even have a cavity. I was told I needed a root canal and implant through the mail (sent me an estimate) when I only needed a crown. I found this out when I got a second opinion. My kids had cavities filled and I'm not even sure they were necessary at this point. We have moved on to a much more trustworthy dentist who doesn't do work just for the money, he does it only when necessary.

I went for Dental cleaning and after the dental cleaning they suggested me to get filling done for few teeth. They said that I have to pay some 80$ from my pocket and the remaining will be paid by my insurance and at the maximum there will be a difference of 5 or 10$ and not more than that. My insurance didn't pay the remaining full amount and so I received a receipt from Dr.Bhat's office saying that I have to pay another 60$ from my pocket. When I called Dr Bhat's office,the lady by name Lynn at the front desk was very rude in answering my questions and kept on saying that I had signed a form which says that I will pay the difference amount. I don't have any problem in paying the amount but what concerns me is her attitude towards the patients. She was very rude and talks as if she is doing some social service free of cost to the patients. We are paying for their service. I will never ever go there again.
