Great experience considering my injury. The ED was very busy. I fortunately had a minor injury and could go home.

Dr Wiilams spent 2 minutes in my room, doing a limited exam and sentme home with a muscle strain and ibuprofen. He seemed very hurried and not concerned, like I was bothering him. Woke up the next day and couldn't get out of bed due to the pain so much more than a strain, which he would have caught if he'd spent maybe 2 more minutes examining me.
