I have dentures. He made me a set, but they fall down when I talk. I have to reline them myself, with a home recliner kit. He says they are fine, so why can't I chew with them, much less talk, without the upper dropping down. So embarrassing. If you need dentures, go somewhere else. My husband has teeth, and he has to wait months to have one filled.
