He had no clue that I was Hispanic he thought that I was white.He bashed Hispanics and blacks which was very disturbing blaming them for workers Comp problems.He should not be PRACTICING !

This doctor and his staff are horrible. Never have I felt so angry and about to punch someone in the face like I did to this Dr. Gross and his assistant Rosan. They feel you are honored to be in their presence like if you were given a privilege. His assistant has no people kills. No understanding of people's pains and emotional feeling. Very insensitive and professionalism is at zero. They are a disgrace to the medical field.

This doctor is a an absolute quack and a lunatic. His bedside manner is less than zero. Professionalism out the door, and completely rude. He cannot stop talking about how great he is and what he has. He is a complete showoff in front of patients and others as if he has ZERO self integrity. The lack of security and need of acceptance is astonishing. He constantly is bashing others including doctors, whom I suspect he feels inferior to. He does not pay attention to what you are saying. He does not care how you feel. All he cares about is how much money he has and how much he can bill the insurance company. This guy is a complete fraud. He misdiagnosed my condition and was completely negligent in treatment. If you are referred to this clown of a doctor, do yourself a favor and bail on the appointment. Even one of his own staff admitted to me after my complaint that he has a inferiority complex.

THE WORST OF THE WORST!!!!
This doctor should not be practicing. He is a fraud and a disgrace. All he talks about is how much money he has, yet when I questioned him regarding his treatment recommendation and the medicines he was giving me, his comment was "I have to pay for the addition I'm building to my house". Who does that. Even if that was the case, that is NOT something you say to a patient. Dr. Gross' knowledge base is quite limited and he acts as if he is the best. All this imbecile did was trash talk all the other doctors. It is actually he, who gives other doctors a bad name. He either has major insecurities or his is plain DUMB. He criticized me about being overweight when this fat tool, who is still struggling to lose weight even after his lap band surgery, actually weights at least 70 pounds more me. His comments to my family member where completely uncalled for and unprofessional. I wonder if other patients have filed a complaint against this incompetent doctor. The Medical Board should definitely look into this failure of a doctor.

Spent very little time with patient and then made a critical medical opinion that prevented patient from getting necessary help. He works with a wacky assistant (older guy) who mumbles and appears to be on drugs. Neither of them seemed professional. The assistant talked about doing cocaine, watching an execution in Mexico, and Dr. Gross crashing one of his expensive cars. Dr. Gross brags about the wealthy people he knows and how he gets technology gadgets early. Worst visit I've ever had.
