The phone is almost never answered and phone calls are not returned. Appointment times are not punctual. In general every appointment is 15 to 30 minutes late.

Excellent dentist!! Dr Mitsos is very personable and really knows what she is doing. Makes you feel at home and the time goes quickly while procedures are being done. I've been to many dentists over the years and she is the best I have ever found!
