I was shocked when I read the previous reviews. I had nothing but a wonderful experience with Dr. Dorfmeister. I found her to be quite professional, answered my questions, was personable, etc. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a GI Doctor.

No feedback on colonoscopy results. Impossible to schedule an appointment with her. When I was finally able to schedule an appointment (one month after my colonoscopy) I received a call from her nurse saying she's cancelling appointments on that day, would I like to reschedule in another month? She only has office hours once a week. Avoid her! She is very unprofessional!

Before seeing Dr Dorfmeister, another doctor pre-assessed me. She asked what my ailments were and was told by the first doctor that my previous test results that I had done, were not related to the type of doctor that Dorfmeister was. I had my previous test results with me. When I met Dr Dorfmeister, it was the same response. I asked "isn't there a relationship with high bacterial markers (DHPPA) and GI problems? She didn't have any feedback or explanation. I wanted her to look at the test results & discuss what I could do to improve my GI issues, maybe additional tests? She didn't even want to look at the tests. Instead recommended I schedule a colonoscopy with her (before having any tests to go on). It seemed she wanted to finish our appointment after only spending 7 or 8 minutes with me. I could have gotten better medical guidance at the free clinic. Sorry I wasted my time.
