***THIS MAN NEEDS TO LOSE HIS LICENSE***
Quite possibly the worst experience I've ever had from top to bottom. This all started when I called Charles Mitgangs office to book my first check up. I provided my insurance information and I was booked in. 11/10 I arrived for my check up I was told they didn't accept my insurance. After voicing my confusion they told me that they would see me. . Which was very weird but I went with it. .I was then seen my a nurse who was probably in the age range of 65-70 years old. She had purple hair. . I forgot her name. This women went to take my blood from my left arm and missed my vein twice. She then said she was going to try and take blood from my hand and at that point I had enough and requested for a different nurse. Two other nurses came in the room and took blood from my other arm and only gave me a bandaid for that one puncture on my right arm. I HAD TO ASK FOR ANOTHER BANDAID. They ended up taking my blood pressure and I was 160/110. I found that extremly bizare considering I work out 5/6 times a week and eat pretty clean for the most part. I then met Dr Mitgang. He's an odd man. Dr Mitgang himself took my blood pressure again and it was the same result. Super high. He prescribed my blood pressure med. I took it for 3 days and all three days I was extremly sick but the final day I went pale and passed out. My girlfriend literally resuscitated me with a hydration B12 powder sold at CVS. This was once of the scariest experiences of my life. Today 11/14 I went in for my scheduled follow up at 12:00pm. I was brought to the exact same room as last time. This time I was greeted by a younger nurse. She took my blood pressure and after she took it she said "this machine starts at 20" "It's broken" . I requested to see the doctor immediately as this was the same machine used on me last time. Dr Mitgang meets with me at 1:12pm an hour and 1 mins after my appointment time and I swear on my life this man drops his cane on the floor as soon as he walks in and grabs on the the desk to keep himself from falling. After that I voiced my concerns and he said he's going to get another machine and leaves. Another nurse then comes and checks the machine and said it needed to be recalibrated. THIS IS MY HEALTH. I went 4 days thinking I was borderline stroke status. I took meds that nearly killed me because of Both Dr Mitgang and his staffs negligence. I left the practice infuriated. I will be calling the board immediately and taking action before this man kills someone!

Dr. Mitgang killed my mother through his negligence and sheer stupidity. Yes, he killed her. The office staff also contributed due to their rudeness and nastiness. He should not be practicing and the whole office should be shut down. He killed my mother.

September 14th or 15th 2021 had a CAT scan made two phone calls to the office over the time and doctor still has not gotten back to me with the results of the CAT scan in April 2022 why?

Great Doctor, GREAT Doctor! Office visits not so great. If you know how good this doctor is then he IS worth the wait. Otherwise be warned long wait.

The Doctor is very good wait time is very long last time going to see him couldn’t walk no one got up to help finally one person did say to the rest why don’t you get him a wheel chair but doctor is very good

Mother’s doctor and he is absolutely horrible with even calling family about what is going on when she was admitted to hospital. We called several times and he was on call! It is COVID and we were not allowed in and he could have cared less about contacting us even after all the messages left for him

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Didn't even get to see the doctor because of the extremely rude front desk staff. Will NEVER be returning to this office again.

I waited close to three hours to see Dr. Mitgang. The others in the waiting room said that was typical. This is inexcusable and can only be explained by greed. Dr. Mitgang is not only greedy, but clearly does not care how his staff treats patients. I have called once a week for the past 5 weeks to get help with both a medical and insurance issue, and every time am told someone will call me back, which never happens. Dr. mitgang and his staff should be ashamed of themselves.
