Twice now I have needed a prescription renewed and waited over 5 days to hear back from the dr. There is no direct line to reach them, I spend hours on hold with switchboard in another country, and have suffered withdrawal symptoms from not getting medicine in time. It should not take longer than a week to hear back from a doctor regarding a prescription. Do not use Duly. It’s a total sham.
