The staff here is dismal. The front desk needs to be replaced with people who mind their manners.

On time. Very thorough. Asked a lot of questions & took notes which he referred to on later visits. Spent time to explain results & answered all questions. Followed up with a letter with test results. Made me feel comfortable.
