I had a 3:45 appointment, arrived early. I watched 4 people go in before me. I told the staff after 30 minutes that I cannot drive in the dark and would reschedule. A young man looked at me like a deer in headlights. There was a woman with her back to me who nonchalantly said I was next when a room opened up. Such rude behavior and disregard for a patient. I like the doctor but the staff needs to improve on their interaction with patients and scheduling of appointments. I left.

This doctor is one of the best. Super friendly and knows his stuff. Staff is pleasant and makes you feel like family.
