Not very nice doctor. Makes you feel like you are wasting his time. Rude and uncaring!

I found Dr.Phillips to be very cold and uncaring. He was not well informed at all on my condition, I did the majority of research, then he socked me with this unbelievable bill. He may be fine for cancer, but not for porphyria.
