32 years ago Dr. Whitaker saw my daughter because he was filling in for another Doctor. I thank God for him. I explained her symptoms and HE LISTENED! He didn't treat me like he knew so much more than me. Actually he made the statement, “I believe in a mother’s intuition! We will check things out and see how I can help.” She was just 3 months old with a fever than occurred on and off but she acted like something might be hurting her. I knew something was not right but couldn’t put my finger on it. I had another child and never had problems with him so I didn't feel like I was over reacting but I didn't care if anyone thought I was either. She had seen her 2 pediatricians from another town and been to the emergency room and saw 3 different doctors and they all said viral infection. Dr. Whitaker checked her blood and then ran a spinal tap and found that Sarah had and infection at the base of her brain. Thanks to Dr. Whitaker listening and running tests Sarah is here today and is a beautiful wife and mom of 2 ornery little boys. :-) I guess you know who their doctor is. 

Very good doctor with flexible schedule a few times I had to take my son in sick and they saw him almost immediately. Admitted my son the hospital one time when very sick and Dr. Whitaker came a couple times to check on status. Willing to answer any question and doesn't make you feel stupid.
