See any other OBGYN you can find. Anyone. Nightmare from the first $400 virtual visit, which was 100% only to charge my insurance. Only Dr. Sims, no staff except 1-800 call center from India. By far most strange, difficult, bizarre doctor experience I’ve ever had. Did I mention see any other OBGYN you can find?

Doctors are supposed to care about their patients, but this Dr only cares about MONEY.

My first appointment started off badly when the door to the office building was locked. I thought I was in the wrong place, but nope...it was just deserted and shady-looking. Then when I finally got inside I was made to feel like a criminal for not filling out the paperwork beforehand. Nevermind that I never received it by email!

During my visit, the Dr mentioned she would like me to attend her nutrition class, I nodded and nothing more was said...I expected some kind of sign-up for it later, but no.

A week later I was in the middle of a severe chronic pain flare-up, lying in bed, crying in such horrible pain when I start getting all these text messages.....it was the gyno office saying I was supposed to be in nutrition class and I'm a no show and they're charging me $50!!! They claimed the class was considered an appt and my nodding was me accepting the class!

Worst gyno ever.

Beware!! She is absolutely the worst doctor. She overbillz insurance and makes you provide a credit card so she can charge the card with no notification. She orders unnecessary tests and doesn't tell you but has u sign for one thing but goes back and orders more test so the bill is outrageous and makes you question why are you ordering all these tests. She is a holistic doctor so she seeks alternative methods causing more money to be spent (acupuncture for fibroids). She does not follow up with insurance companies regarding prescriptions and list goes on and on. Basically please please look elsewhere for a doctor

Beware! The office is a scam. Making an appt is a nightmare, you are forced to commincate through an online portal; thats not user friendly. I made and appt, later to be notified it was not confirmed so it was canceled , the day of the "canceled" appt i received a call confirming the appt and if I didnt show, I would be charged a fee. You are also forced to give credit card info just to book an appt, HUGE RED FLAG. I reluctantly scheduled my procedure with her and had to travel 45 min across town without my approval and once I got there I was informed there was a $600 fee for anesthesia. After contacting my insurace provider I was told it was covered and the Dr. needed to send the proper paper work, which she didnt.
I wouldnt recommend the Dr. to anyone, the process is a pain and you will be overly charged without explanation

My entire experience has been a disaster. Went in for my annual check up with a med refill. 4 days after the appt I find out they want me to make a second appt before they will refill.
It was a nightmare making an appt in the first place. Dr sims was very pleasant, but this entire experience has been awful.

What staff? She does not have a staff! She checkes me in and refused to see me because I would not give her my cc# to leave on hold! And I'm glad I didn't after reading these reviewes! She still has the nerve to tell me she will bill me for canceling the appointment when she was the one that refused to see me for not given her my card number! What?? This lady is $$ hungry or she needs to hire someone to do her billing! Do Not Go Here! I do not recommend or advice anyone to see her!!

Very Bad experience.It took 4 days to send a prescription and after many calls they told me they can "mail me" the prescription! It took too many messages back and forth to schedule an appointment as you are forced to schedule appointment through portal,they changed the appointment location to very far location without asking me if i'm ok to go to that location.they took$50 for admin fees and when i told them i'm not satisfied with your service& will not come again and want to refund$50,they refused.

I scheduled my appointment a week ago through ZocDoc. I received paperwork from ZocDoc conforming the appointment. When I called 3 hours before the appointment to verify that I was on the list, I was told there was no appointment scheduled by I could be squeezed in. I was then told by the receptionist that she could not verify my insurance and that I needed to call the 800 number on the back of the card to verify if they could accept my insurance. I told her that normally the doctors office verifies insurance and I wanted her to call to be sure. She told me that she did not have time and the appointment was cancelled. Very disappointed in ZocDoc and the service received from this office.
