Dr. Sims is a doctor that make you feel comfortable and easy to talk to. However, from the business side of it, she need to work on that. I had to give them my credit card information just in case my insurance would not cover. BIG NO NO!!! I asked the office staff "Would I be notified if my insurance didn't cover?" She said they would contact me first if this was to happen. I didn't think it would be a problem since it was a routine visit and I was covered for that, until they filed my claim with the wrong insurance number. They took $200 without any notification whatsoever. It has been 15 days and I am still waiting for them to sort this out (getting my money back). Dr. Sims was not totally truthful with me as well. I will never return or recommend her to anyone. It is a money scam because she has been paid by my insurance and myself. Basically she is double dipping.

I actually like Dr. Sims' care, most of the time. She is very open and willing to talk about any personal and health issues. She has a good bedside manner. On the other hand, her office is a scam to make money. They find a way to charge you for everything, including an annual fee to receive her "holistic health model". Her office staff is beyond rude, unprofessional, and unqualified. The whole office is sketchy and very difficult to get a hold of any staff member over the phone. It is not worth going to her.

She's a nice person but not willing to correct her mistake on billing! So then I have to pay for the mistake although it would take a half a second for her to correct! To me this is shameful and sad if you don't listen to your patients then you need to stop and smell the roses again! Office staff tried but frankly blamed me and my insurance saying I was a new patient and she won't correct the diagnosis code. Well the sad part is I wasn't a new patient it had been a couple years! What happened to gathering history especially if I was a new patient! She only took 5 min and handed me a Rx and then coded it wrong so I have to pay $100. Wow was it worth that much to you? Maybe that's why they are doing ski care and weight loss it's all about $! She tricked me the first time she cared 2.5 years ago but I guess that was before she get so busy and had so many bills. Don't waste your time if you want a doctor for the long run!!

Bed side manner was perfect. She made me feel like I was the only patient she had and listened to every word I said with the utmost attention and compassion. Great personality & wonderful sense of humor to top it off. I went in for my annual exam/BC Pills to her Houston office. The decor and atmosphere were to die for; so modern and relaxing. I would highly recommend Dr. Sims to anyone and will be making her my permanent physician.

Dr Sims has fantastic bedside manner. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything in detail. The entire staff was beyond friendly and helpful. I've been working beside physicians for years and have never met any that have such an amazing attitude as Dr Sims. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Simms is by far the most awful OBGYN I have ever been to. All she cares about is money and doesn't do everything in her power to make sure her patient is alright. I explained to her that I had been off birth control for about 8 months and hadn't had a period in 3 and the only test she sent me for was a pregnancy test, even though I had no other pregnancy symptoms. She didn't seem concerned as to what would be causing me to not have a period if I wasn't pregnant. And worst of all she did not insist that I take prenatal vitamins even if I wasn't pregnant. Because she did not insist that I take them I hold her personally responsible for the miscarriage I had 3 months later. I believe that if I had known then how important taking prenatals was I would have taken them and not miscarried. Not to mention she lied to my face about her so called contract with Aetna just to get more money out of me. I don't believe she should be allowed to practice medicine.

I went to her because I was having pelvic pain. She told me I needed a pap since it had been a yr and half since my last but didn't do one. I explained to her that I have a heart condition and was on quite a bit of medicine. She never asked what I was on. She said I needed antibiotics but didn't say why. I looked and the medicine was going to interfere (interference could kill me) with the other meds I'm on. To her it wasn't a concern. I will never go back, went one time.
