I don't understand how Dr. Chang could have received a negative rating. She is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and a great listener. Personally, if I had a life-threatening health issue, I'd like to know ASAP. I think that a doctor who is willing to call a patient at work to give important news is a doctor with integrity. She has been my doctor for several years now. She cares about one thing: My health. Doctors like her are hard to find. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Got referred to DR. Chang and had a very bad experience. She told me over the phone (while at work) that I possibly had a life threating disease. I think this is very unprofesional - she should have made an appointment to talk to me and better explain my health. I was also misdiagnosed with other things....NOT Going Back!
