Dr Omar Baker should go back to school and take ethics training. We remain shocked at his egregious harmful conduct during his role as president and Director of Clinical Practices & Quality Control at Riverside Medical Group. He was aware of serious malpractice and outrageous HIPAA violations at Riverside that we repeatedly brought to his attention. His response was utter contempt and ridiculous games in which he had someone professing to be his "assistant Hanan" speak to me to get details of our complaint, only to then cease all communication. His office proceeded to gaslight and tell us that no one named Hanan ever worked there. This man should stay far, far away from vulnerable sick people.

Like the previous review, we also felt rushed. He diagnosed my daughter (incorrectly) after a handful of questions barely making eye contact. Avoid!

Omar Baker is an arrogant Doctor. I made a first time appointment with him for my 2-year old son as I was looking for a Pediatrician in the area. After I waited for almost 1-hour he came into the room, barely greeted us and didn't even look at my son. He just looked at his chart and went ahead to list vaccinations and bloodwork that needed to be done. Clearly in a rush to get out, he asked me if I had any questions answered them and just breezed out. I think that Doctors like Mr. Baker go into this profession just for the money, not because they care for people or patients. He really made us feel unimportant!...patient 100 of the day: check) Good job Mr. Baker. I'm glad this job pays for you Gucci cashmere sweaters.

Omar Baker is probably the most arrogant doctor I've met. He barely spends time with a patient and makes hasty decisions. One example - my 2 year old didn't say much during a half minute visit, Dr. Baker diagnosed him with speech delay and sent us to a speech therapist. The latter concluded there are absolutely no delays in our son's speech development. Beware of constant over-billing. The doctor will throw in a whole slew of diagnosis and charge Level 3 or Level 4 to most harmless sick visits.

Mommy of 2 always pleasant, listens to parents concern, his staff is friendly, efficient and makes the entire process 1, 2, 3! I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Andrea & Nanci are two of the most helpful on board these ladies will go out of their way to service you and your babies to their best ability. :)

I went their with my daughter last night just five minutes after they stop taking patients. My daughter fall down and hurt her gum badly and had a deep cut too. the staff was pathetically rude and the nurse practitioner was so much hurry to go home. she did not wanted to even listen to me and keep telling us that she can't see my daughter. its matter of five minutes and she was in need to see by doctor. I have been going to Hoboken office since 2006 and almost all my relatives I referred to this group. I never had this kind of experience ever at Hoboken office. I really request Dr Omar Baker to please personally look into this matter or I will have to think about some other option to go to

We have entrusted Dr. Baker with our son's care for the past year and could not be happier. His entire staff is wonderful-we are always greeted by mane with a smile. Dr Baker is warm and caring with our son and is always knowledgeable and reassuring. We trust his decisions and value his advice. We recommend this practice to all of our friends.

When My Son was diagnosed with an Allergic Reaction, Dr Baker was more than attentive to his needs. He taught me and my son how to use the Epi pen he prescribed in his office and at every visit he makes sure that my son shows him how to use the epi pen!!!

We met Dr. Baker at the Palisades Hospital Birthing Class and We knew from then that we wanted him to be our daughter's pediatrician. He and his staff do not let first time parents ever feel hesitant to ask questions or voice their concerns. As much as I love the efficiency of the appointments, I value more the time spent with us and the one-on-one time.

I've had only great experiences with Dr. Baker and the Riverside office. We've been taking our daughter there since she was born and their office has always been helpful and efficient. Whenever we had to squeeze in a visit, they made it happen. We are usually in and out of appointments in 30 minutes, but we always get all of our questions asked and never feel rushed to leave. Everyone is very knowledgable and the staff are always very nice. I only marked them off because one time my phone call was not returned. But otherwise they are always on top of answering my questions, my emails, and my calls with patience and understanding. I'm very happy with Dr. Baker's office!
