Dr. Root is one of the most thorough Doctors I have ever had the chance to see. The wait may be a little longer than you assigned time but when he gets to see you, you'll understand why the others before took so long. He is not rushed, does not dismiss your issues. You leave there feeling satisfied that he addressed all your concerns and took care of them. I would not change him for the world. Very satisfied with the service.

Dr. Root has treated three generations of my family. He is thorough, gentle and takes the time to answer questions in layman's terms. When you check in, you will notice a sign that indicates that you may wait to see the doctor, but to expect that the doctor will give you the same attention. At times, I have waited 15 - 20 minutes past my appointment time, but I would not consider changing doctors because of it. Dr. Root is worth the wait!
