Dr Angela scheduled an appointment online and when her website had issues and I was unable to log in immediately she canceled the appointment and charged a $50 no show fee! This was less than 5 minutes after the start of the appointment. I had already advised that it appeared her telehealth system was down and I was unable to log into the video chat and asked for assistance and instead she did not even wait 4 minutes or attempt to help in any way and marked me as a no show to a appointment I was at.

Straight up told me I cannot be helped at all. Didn't try. Def not a good doc for someone with mental health issues.

Dr. Jacobs listened to my concerns, asked great questions, suggested two different courses of action, together we decided on one, and follow up within a reasonable time frame was scheduled then and there. I wasn't rushed and I felt heard and respected. The appointment exceeded my expectations.

Dr. Jacobs is a fantastic psychiatrist! She's incredibly knowledgeable and very easy to talk to -- I felt comfortable talking with her immediately. I would highly recommend Dr. Jacobs to anyone looking to speak with a psychiatrist.

She is rude, unyielding, has poor communication and while I can say definitively that she was not very helpful, I don't know what her level of knowledge was because it was a very impersonal experience wherein this person who has no faith in people or her ability to help them said very little to me and rushed me through my appointment. Impatient, rude, and accusatory person. Had several online visits with her and she was extremely distant and disinterested in my mental health, often seen reading from a script and asking extremely basic and surface level questions. My visits with her culminated in a very brief exchange where she accused me of hunting prescriptions from her for simply asking a question with zero opportunity to explain myself or clear any miscommunication. She just hung up on me and refused to treat me anymore. Dealing with people with mental health issues, it’s bizarre that someone like this can be considered an expert. Nasty person, stay away for your own good.
