Eric prescribed my son ADHD meds, when my son had some side effects I called the office to ask about them and was told I would not be able to talk to Eric until July 9th. After calling the office twice and being persistent with questions, Eirc called me back. I explained to him that I had some questions and concerns. However, he started lecturing me about not being on a conference call my ex-wife set up with him to consult on the medication, which I knew nothing about. At this point I questioned him on why he felt that lecturing was more important than answering my questions and concerns? My ex-wife just informed me that Eric has withdrawn as my sons doctor, now leaving us in the middle of giving him medication without a consulting physician! That's a class act by a Promedica employee, which I feel was very unprofessional.
