Waiting over 30 minutes to spend 3 minutes with a doctor is unacceptable. The last time I went to see her was for sinus infection-like symptoms, which kind of looked like strep. She didn't think it was strep, but wrote me a prescription for a very expensive antibiotic. She never did tell me what she thought I had, & I didn't get any paperwork except for my CC receipt. The next day my throat hurt so bad, I wanted to cry every time I swallowed. I called her office & they called in a prescription for lidocaine, that I was to apply topically up to 4 times a day. They told me to gargle it. It's too thick to gargle, so I ended up trying to apply it with a Q-tip. After gagging myself so bad, I almost threw up. I gave up. Talk about adding insult to injury. I won't be going back.
