Writing this rating for my mother who is 70 years old. She has been seeing Dr Murray since her fall which left her arm/hand fractured. She wasn't completely satsified with his service or shall I say his attitude especially with the unprofessionalism of his staff. However, it's quite sad how there wasn't much of an option of orthopedic surgeon sin the Anderson area to switch too. Supposed to fly out to DC to visit her family today however the insurmountable pain in her arm/hand kept her in the area in hopes of seeing Murray as an emergency of not being able to move her hand or hold anything not even a spoon. After numerous calls and messages left an extremely rude receptionist/nurse finally calls back almost close of business and says exactly, "Dr Murray won't prescribe anymore medication and you need to not use your hand." No good bye just hangs up. My mother phones back to question the way the nurse relayed the doctors message and to not hang up without saying good bye. Pathetic!!
