It’s rare that anyone actually answers the office number when called. Speaking with Dr. Owen about an issue is about like speaking to a used car salesman. He’s ALWAYS trying to sell you something. Wendy, his NP is far more helpful.

Staff is indifferent and blah. Girls that answer phone are just going through the motion. They’re in to much of a hurry to listen. Jeff is fine.

Egotistical , typical God complex all doctors seem to have. Doesn't seem to come across as very knowledgeable. Of curse he thinks he knows everything. Could use a little wake-up call & being humble is a good thing.
