The surgery I had was somewhat of a success but left me with an incontinence problem. But the up side is the pain was gone until recently. I started in May trying to see the Dr, it is now December. I called tell them I was in severe pain & barelywalking, I was scheduled for an appointment 6 weeks away. Saw the NP told they would order an MRI 2 weeks went by no calls. I called them. They were insufferably rude and told me they would get back to me. All the while the pain is getting worse. They scheduled the MRI but didn't call me back. It was scheduled for another month at the end of October after hours. Which meant I would have to go in through the ER and walk across to the other building. My follow up appointment was then scheduled for Dec. On my way to the appointment there was an accident, I called to let them know I was delayed. They canceled my appointment and rescheduled me for February and would not give me a referral to see someone else. Dr. Adam's was top notch, his staff rude, obnoxious, lacking empathy and compassion.

After a failed fusion years ago. I was under his care for over 2/3 years. Sent home after the FBS (failed back surgery) I had 3 months of round the clock visiting angels. Finally was sent to Pain Management. He also operated on my brother who has since passed away. Just saying please get a second opinion.

Has scheduled me twice for an acdf and both times he called the day before my surgery date to cancel, once because he wanted me to lose weight the second time because he wanted me to try injections... i dont think injections are going to reverse the ddd in my neck or fix the herniated discs compressing my spinal cord

Waited almost two hours past my appointment time. When he wanted me to make another appointment I asked if the wait time was usual in his office. He became irritable and very short with me. Seemed clear he'd rather not have me as a patient. Before that, I thought I was glad I'd been referred to him.

I have been getting the run around for about 1 1/2 yrs now. Called ahead to see if I really needed to drive to Midland or if it was only to deliver the MRI cd ...... they told me I definitely had to be there to be checked. The so called checkup took less than a minute and I was told to make another apt for further discussion. 3 MRI`s and they tell me I am worse. Guess I already knew that. They tell me next time I may be able to actually see Dr Adams
