I cannot express how well taken care of we were by both Dr. Ross and Genesis. We had trouble getting pregnant, with multiple failed transfers and a loss, but Dr. Ross and team were responsive, supportive, kind, and compassionate. At one point, she emailed me back late at night to get us in the very next morning. I couldn't ask for better care. We went through multiple protocols, and Dr. Ross explained what was researched and what was still hypothetical, informing us of the tradeoffs at every decision point. Finally we were successful and have a healthy pregnancy.

My husband and I are incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and support we received from Dr. Katherine Melzer-Ross and her wonderful assistant Dally. Over the course of a year and a half, she guided us through our fertility journey with compassion, expertise, and unwavering dedication.

Dr. Melzer-Ross's knowledge and expertise in the field of fertility was evident from our very first consultation. She took the time to understand our unique situation, patiently answering all of our questions and providing us with a personalized treatment plan that ultimately led to our success.

Dr. KMR's assistant Dally's warm and caring demeanor made every phone call or email sent a positive experience.

Thanks to the expertise and care of Dr. Melzer-Ross and Dally, we are now on our way to parenthood. We cannot recommend Dr. Melzer-Ross and Genesis enough to anyone on their own fertility journey.

Dr Ross and the staff at Genesis has helped us achieve our dream of having a baby. The entire staff always treated us with great respect and showed us much care and support.
