She was nice enough, but not helpful. She charged us for sitting in the office for an extended amount of time. On another visit, she missed an infant's ear infection. On our third visit, she was not helpful when my son had colic and just dismissed my concerns as an over-reactive mother. Another pediatrician diagnosed the problem as reflux and it cured the problem instantly. Do not visit this doctor. Terrible service.

Dr. Troilo is kind and friendly but very young and therefore, understandably, inexperienced. She will work to solve your child's problems, like she did my son's, with patience and care. Staff at Premier is hit or miss - some great, some horrid. We always have to wait a long time, no matter on what day/time we schedule our appointment. At Premier I feel like we were treated as a number (by the staff and the operation as a whole, not by the doctor). Would love to find another small-town practice like the one we came from before moving here.
