Like the previous reviewer I have found Dr. Choufani to be an amazing doctor! He is caring and compassionate and exceeds my expectations! Highly recommended!

He works from N.Smithfield Urgent Care. When he sees you, he listens to what you say and then asks questions. He cares to know what is wrong. Seen him several times and he's ALWAYS nice and knowledeable. B/c of that, I made him my PCP.
