I have worn corrective lenses for about 35 years, and am now in the stage of "transition" lenses (a term less offensive than bi-focals, I would imagine). Dr. Pritchett and his staff have taken more than great care of me and my changing vision. I have and will continue to refer to Dr. Pritchett, as I have always felt welcome and attended to during each visit.

Horrible office staff in Reno & Sparks. They act like you are doing them a favor by visiting this establishment. No compassion. Doctor lets the staff talk rude to patients.

This office needs more staff, My appointment was at 9:30 and I was seen at 10:45! The glasses are overly priced (rip off) and the doctor was rushed. I will never go there again.
