Absolutely most NEGATIVE experience with a dental office!! Assigned to Dr. Tran WITHOUT choice. I called to make an appointment & was refused service because they "didn't have an updated roster" even though my coverage had begun & I had documentation to verify. The office refused to reach out to insurance (their JOB) in order to verify my coverage & assignment. When I finally got to the office for my appointment they ask that I get a new dentist rather than see me. WORST DENTIST EVER!!! BEWARE! This dentist is CLEARLY only interested in making money, not patient care. I pay my insurance and I was still treated rudely and disrespected. The office did nothing to offer support. It was clear the whole team is walking on egg shells around Dr. Tran. Has no interest in helping people (im talking about paying customer who are in PAIN!!!) He saw what work needed to be done, tried to over charge me by $600 even with my insurance company on the phone talking to them about my coverage AND he never smiled once. NO SYMPATHY, COMPASSION, SUPPORT, NOTHING!!! I'm sorry, but when you are providing care, you are in the customer service business. I know that the dentist isn't meant to be fun and games but I am infuriated with that experience.

The office had dropped out the Medi-Cal system. Anyway, Medi-Cal ins is not cover much dental procedures, so I paid cash in order to have better qualities ... The reasons that I settled with this Dentist because he is casual, conservative treatment plans, and reasonable fee.
At the end I was happy with all outcomes, it was great experiences to me. Thanks

After several appointments with Dr Tran, I decided to bring my sons and husband to him without hesitation. This is excellent dental office, dentist and staff are great. All dental works are awesome.

I have been patient of this office for years. Dentist and staff are very nice, all dental insurances and procedures went through well to me. I am very happy and still want to come back.

Is listed as taking CalPERS Insurance, but really doesn't. Office wanted to "upsell" by not doing the insurance work and coming up with something else. I'm still looking for a dentist that takes CalPERS insurance.
