I have been to urgent care regarding a medical condition and every time I brought it up with her she would dismiss and disregard the condition. She’s incompetent & unprofessional. I don’t know how she has her license still to be honest. And I’m very concerned for her other patients who do not speak up and don’t realize they are being gas lighted by her. I had the misfortune to be assigned to her as well otherwise she would not have been my choice. She dismissed my concerns by saying im too young or I’m only this age when clearly I proof too that they do in fact exists & are real.

I had the misfortune of being referred to this Doctor by my insurance group, they said she was a Gyn/.Ob Dr,. . I was seen promptly , but this Dr did not examine me at all. Even after I made her aware that I had been to the hospital several times for an unresolved condition, She seemed unconcerned and she really paid no attention to what I was saying and she sugggested writing me a prescription for pain meds without knowing what she was treating , I would not reccomend Dr, Chen To anyone.

If you need a healthcare provider but have medical, I assure there are better options.
