Paid up-front for sub-par cleaning and fillings (they've already fallen out 3 mos later) at what was quoted to be my cost once insurance is billed. Paid total of 298.50 up front, with 609.00 to be billed to insurance. Claims were either not billed at all or billed incorrectly and were not resubmitted within timely filing limit to insurance. Received a bill for the amount that was to be billed to insurance with a 90-day notice attached, post-marked 2 days before the due date. Staff clearly has 0 regard for patient well-being, medical billing standards, and drastically over-charges for basic work. Do not go to these frauds.

Me and my family have gone to Dr Crow for years. We are always more than happy with the care we receive there. He has a gentle touch and is great with my 4 kids. The staff is friendly and can usually get you in for an appointment fairly quickly. The office is modern and seems to be current on newer items. Once I had a slightly longer wait but it was still within my appointment time. I know he tries to take emergencies same day to help other people so I can understand getting a little behind some days. Overall great experience.

Very disrespectuful staff in those back rooms, rude comments, yelled at me(mom) for telling my son the needle would only pinch a second then be numb they said they don't tell kids it's a needle, well I don't lie to my 10yr old & he's not blind, shaking their heads & talking loud enough for both us to here about poor care because I didn't get him in sooner when we had to pay cash in the 1st place, & it was a simple cavity in a baby tooth molar which i immediately brought him in when he said it hurt, I've talked with MANY FORMER patients & their parents & it seems commom practice for this there, i can't believe how little people care at warning others BEFORE they make an appointment, please add REVIEWS, people in power don't just know, & dds in power can abuse the respect they are given
