After several appointment I found Dr. Zurich to be a good listener, very knowledgeable and offered advice that after applied improved my overall health.

I have seen Dr. Zurich several times for a couple of different health concerns over the course of the past year. The nursing staff and receptionists are great!! Dr. Zurich on the other hand, not so much. When I see her and explain my issues, she seems to have no empathy, and made me feel as if I was wasting her time. Her bedside manners are awful. She is not friendly whatsoever!! She made me feel very uncomfortable. I have also tried contacting her on several occasions, and never returned my calls. I work in the medical field, and after asking around about her recently, I have heard nothing but bad things, similar to what I experienced. I wish I would have done my research on her first.

Did not seem to treat me as human or with any empathy, one who came with burdens and seemed not willing to listen; stopped me from talking when I tried to talk about circumstances surrounding my life that I thought might help her understand what might have been affecting my health. She turned me off. I think a breast exam should have been part of the physical, but gave me none. I would not recommend her to anyone my age, 71.
