Unprofessional and not helpful. Very judgmental without offering solutions. Go to someone else unless you are truly desperate.

She seems knowledgeable & kind, but looks at her iPad during the whole session and flips her hair every 5 seconds. She should give her clients undivided attention. She just acted too self-absorbed for my taste.
