Not sure how much of this can be laid on Kassis and how much his staff.

IF you enjoy waiting, IF you enjoy paying two co-pays when the insurer says it should only be one, then the facility should be fine for you.

IF however you would like to be dealt with squarely, I'd suggest finding some place else.

I'm so happy I find Dr. Kassis. His excellent doctor. He spend much time as you need with you, listening and help any way he can. Do all test, follow up. The staff kind and friendly. Definitely recommend to everybody.
