I have been trying to get my Mothers medical records for over five months and he will not give them to her. I am sure this is not the first time. This doctor is awful and the employees know nothing. My advice is if you have problems contact the Texas Medical Board or the Texas Office of Civil Rights to file a complaint. He gets away with his awful behavior because people don’t know how to file complaints against him. They have ways to complain about this doctor and the awful way he yea his patients.

Dr. Dim Rocks. My heart was having some issues with the electrical signals . My heart beats were going up on down like a roller coaster. He sent me to the hospital for some test. I stayed there a week. He said my heart and veins were very good. He proceeded to implant a pacemaker into my chest. I had no pain and no complications. My heart beat is back to normal. I recommend him very much. There is a reason he has so many patients in his office. Because he is very good.

My husband became Dr. Dim's patient by default when he was taken by ambulance to El Paso. First of all the good doctor but a pacemaker in that was not necessary (that's a whole other story) We don't live in El Paso, Tx we live about 21/2 hours away. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Dim the other day so we traveled to see him. We waited for 3 hrs. to see him. His waiting room was full and none of his staff made an effort to go out or make an announcement that he was running behind or anything like that. This should have been done out of courtesy to his waiting patients. I found out that this is the norm for this doctor and have read numerous reviews that his staff overbooks his patients as a routine. I complained (in a nice way) to his staff and they just looked at me as if I was crazy and didn't even make an effort to reassure me or give me an excuse of why he is running so late. This is inexcusable to see all of those patients waiting for to see God. If we can help it, we will never be back to this doctor because of the inconsiderate way we were treated and all those waiting patients.

Dr. Dim is one of the finest and most considerate doctors in El Paso, Texas. He explains in detail any procedure or medical problem. He is also the only one that does both electrical and arterial repair of the heart's arteries or electrical system. He is also the only one that I know that does the catherization procedure thru the wrist instead of the groin area which is very impressive in the recovery process. I truly believe he saved my wife's live by taking the extra time needed to find her blockage. It is with great honor that I recommend Dr. Dim.
