I was very impressed with the positive and pleasant experience with the front desk and support staff. I am a health care provider myself and I can attest that it is unfortunately becoming rare to have a positive experience in a medical office. I would be pleased with the performance of this group. Dr. Bijpuria was very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough during my visit. In fact, I specifically sought her out and altered my schedule to have her perform my procedure due to the very positive experience my wife had with Dr. Bijpuria who performed her procedure.

Had a bad post-polypectomy bleed (3 oz per hour). Went to the hospital, was bleeding all night and most of the following day until Dr. Bijpuria finally came to see me. She was shocked at my appearance (had lost 4 pints of blood) and performed an emergency colonoscopy to stop the bleeding. Because of the delay, I needed a transfusion and had to spend another day in the hospital to recover.
