having one of the worst cervical spine conditions Dr. Whitlatch had ever seen, he assured me I would get at least some control of my hands back.. It had been 2 1/2 months since losing all function of my hands and a complete numbness such that I couldn't feel a thing. I could barely grip my wheelchair to roll somewhere. There I was a fully blown quadriplegic. dismissing myself by suicide was now the right-thing. I would try a surgery but expexted no correction. When the surgery was complete my hands came back online immediately. OMG! Through the hands of Dr. whitlatch God performed a miracle and I was relieved to not have to dismiss myself. I could take care of myself once I had fully healed. And now I am fully independant. Still in a wheelchair, but all the way independant and taking care of myself and managing a part-time job, too! Thank you Dr. Witlatch, you allowed me more life, thank you again.

Empathetic, caring, very highly skilled neurosurgeon. He did surgery on our 94 year old father and took a chance where others would not have. It's what our father requested. We can't thank him enough!
