Went to Dr. Benson for thyroid and neck mass. He was professional, patient and knowledgeable but referred me to his partner who he advised was more informed about neck tumors. When I asked about my neck mass he replied I would have to see a neurologist for that problem. Why wasI not advised from the beginning instead of wasting time and then why did Dr. Benson shove me off on his partner. Disappointed.

I had very scary tongue cancer. Because of Dr. Benson's surgical skills & expertise I'm am now cancer free with no adverse effect to my speech or quality of life. He spent a great deal of time with me explaining my options. He & his staff were very compassionate & professional through the whole process.
I would highly recommend him to my friends & family.

He performed turbinate trim and correction of my deviated septum in 2012. He was friendly and appeared knowledgeable. Prior to the surgery, he advised me that he is very careful not to trim too much in order to prevent "empty nose syndrome". I had some relief from my sinus congestion that had lasted my entire adult life, but explained to him during the post-surgery exam that I was still experiencing congestion on one side. He looked up my nose and said, "you can drive a truck through there." I returned to his office after I continued to struggle with sleep apnea/snoring, as well as the congestion, for 4 more years in order to schedule the further turbinate trimming, palate shaving and tonsillectomy. I told him that I still had congestion. He looked up my nose and said, "you can drive a truck through there." I couldn't believe the dismissiveness and irony in repeating the same thing years later. I didn't go forward with the surgery and still looking for an ENT.

We left after waiting 1.5 hours and there were still 3 people ahead of us for our 10am appt. Marina, who handles his appointments, is rude and clearly incompetant when it comes to making his schedule. Then, the receptionist explained that its always this behind on Fridays because he shares the office with another doctor. Hmmm, if you know there are less rooms, wouldn't you book less appointments for Fridays! Epic fail, I wouldn't go back to this office if it were FREE!

I found Dr.Benson to most professional and compassionate.I was well informed and made part of the decision making process,I viewed picture and video,he explained his thinking and asked me for my opinion .I was never rushed.Dr Benson also was very kind to my wife by reassuring her after the procedure.I feel that I was lucky to find him .I now have a strong voice and Iam able to talk and be understood.Thanks to DrBeson...his staff is also the best .PA.Mariana was always available .

Great doctor, great staff. Dr. Benson answers all questions (even stupid ones!) in a very polite way. He's never condescending or patronizing. He and the staff genuinely care about the patient and are extremely compassionate. Would recommend him highly to anyone that needs a wonderful doctor who's also a truly nice person. He treated us with respect and dignity and was able to take care of a difficult problem.Although I am copying these sentences from a previous patient,I must say that my sentiments are totally synonymous with that other patient.Dr.Benson is a "great"doctor and I would certainly recommend him to others instantly.He explained everything about the procedure before hand and the possible outcome of any dangers potentially involved afterwards.God blessed him with great skills and I am totally grateful to him in every way.He saved my life.Thank you Dr.Benson 1000 times!!-John Pantelleria
