Made getting my root canal seem like a breeze. I have anxiety and Dr. Hales and his assistant eased my mind in no time, for a procedure that has such a bad rep, Dr. Hales made it seem like a routine check up. Beyond satisfied, I definitely recommend Dr. Hales and SSE.

Went out of desperation due to a wicked toothache. Even though I have an aversion to needles, Dr. Hales went out of his way to make me as comfortable as possible before, during and after the treatment. Ended up with a Molar root canal, and was very pleased with the results and ending of pain. Took almost 2 hours due to complications with my tooth, but his experience in the field made everything work out perfectly.

Highly recommend him if you have a problem.

Rarely in today's dental/medical office environment do they get everything right. From the moment you walk in the door you know there is something special about this office and staff. From the warm welcoming smiles, professional manner, genuinely helpful attitudes you get the feeling that you and your dental issues are in good hands. Everything from then on confirms that feeling to be correct. I just had my 2nd pain free root canal done by Dr. Hales. I like how he explains the process as he takes me through the treatment. Dr and staff are super nice and attentive. I had a great dental experience. The root canal experience was way less painful than I expected. Their equipmeng was state of the arts. The office was nice and they got me in for treatment very quickly. Much thanks , Ken
