Probably the best and most caring doctor I have met. He not only treats my heart but is always reviewing all of my medical issues to be sure that I am getting the medical treatment that I need from him and my other doctors.

Was highly recommended to see him. by a friend who had heart surgery done by him and a team of doctors from Valley Hospital. Dr. Sealove participates in the surgery but a heart surgeon does the job. Went to him for a 2nd opinion since the prior cardiologist told me I was in heart failure because my ankles were swollen before she even examined me. She also told me I had a heart murmur. I had been to many doctors for various problems and not one ever told me I had a murmur. As for the ankles, its a problem I've had since a kid. My grandmother had the same problem. She also put me on Lasix and suggested I have a nuclear stress test immediately. When I visited my primary soon after, he went ballistic and told me to stop the Lasix because it can damage your kidneys and cause you to become dehydrated. I was given a thorough examination by Dr. Sealove and he also did the stress test. He also told me to stop the Lasix and put me on a different pill. I did fine on the stress test. I do not have a heart murmur and was not in heart failure. I have never waited more than 15-20 minutes to see him. He doesn't push for various tests unless he feels its necessary. I also recommended a friend of mine to see Dr Sealove because his heart doctor would keep him and other patients waiting at least an hour in the waiting room and then at least an hour in the examination room. and put him through various tests every 3 months. My friend is also happy with Dr. Sealove. I have seen Dr. Sealove several times over the past couple of years mainly to control my blood pressure which he has done quite well. I also like the fact that he encourages you to monitor yourself at home (I take my pressure at various times over the course of 2 months and send him the results). After he reviews the fax, I get a call from his office with his response. I found him to be knowledgeable and caring and will spend time with you to answer all your questions. I would definitely recommend him.

Mis diagnosed my sister and told her she had a terminal heart disease and her children probably had the disease as well. this is so horrible anyone reading it is probably thinking some nut ball wrote this and made it up, This not only happened but Dr Dipshit I mean Dr Sealove told her he was SURE she had this thing, So my poor sister lived in terror until she went to a top rated doc that said she had NONE of the symptoms and not only didn't have it but the good doc could not understand why ANY doc would think she had it. so in summary boys and Girls Get a second opinion I wouldn't take my dog to see this guy.

Found Dr. Sealove to be a very honest, caring doctor, who spoke in a way that I could clearly understand. His advice has helped me greatly & I am very grateful that I am being treated by him. James Marturano

Could not stand by and allow the other postings here to be the only things people read about this exceptional physician. Dr. Sealove has been my cardiologist for the past 4 years. During that time, I have been very impressed with his clinical knowledge, always satisfied with the amount of time he spends with me and truly touched by his caring ways. He never fails to inquire about the total picture of my life because he understands that heart health is just one component of well-being. He also communicates and collaborates with my other doctors to address my other health concerns and to make sure my medications are working effectively without causing any undesirable side effects. Simply stated, I always feels like Dr. Sealove "has my back" and it's a great feeling. He is wonderful physician and a genuinely likeable guy. I consider Dr. Sealove an indispensable part of my healthcare team and I wholeheartedly recommend him!

I made an appt with Dr Sealove because I was having palpitations & swelling in my legs. When he came in the room he greeted me and then sat down and read my file. He barely examined me and told me I was too young to be having heart troubles. He also told me I had no swelling. I had 2 doctors agree that I was swollen and had even put me on lasix. He was so rude and cocky I realized nothing was going to come from this appointment. We then were interrupted and he was called away. When he got back he seemed confused and 2 mins later he was called away again and never returned. A nurse came in 10 minutes later and said the doctor felt we were through here. He spent only max 4 mins w/me. I felt humiliated & taken advantage of. The next day I filed a complaint w/ the insurance company & then called the office the next day and demanded my copay back. 3 weeks later I received an envelope with a check for $30. Publications and cash is all he seems to care about. It was an utter disappointment.

This doctor was highly recommended to us by another doctor. My sister took our 95 year old father him and called me immediately after stating how rude he was cutting them off mid sentence. I took my father the next time. We waited a long time to get into the room. Once the doctor came into the room he was talking to me(over in the corner) instead of my father. I told the doctor that he could speak to my father. He continued to talk in my direction and using "him" to refer to my father. I told him again he could speak directly to my father and that he was the patient. After the doctor not changing, I moved next to my father so that he would get spoken to. Didn't work. My father tried to tell what was going on with him and doctor cut him off. I tried talking also and he cut me off also. At this point I was pretty angry and happy to leave but when I got to the front desk the staff was having their own conversation; we were ignored for so long I left. Don't like feeling invisable
