Dr Tillman is very, very, very good. I've gone to her for years and years and I had my son with her. Her staff is nice as well. I can not imagine going to another OBGYN for any reason. I plan to use her forever...

Dr. Tillman has my doctor through three pregnancies. In 2005, I was hoping for a natural (drug-free) childbirth and had a doula at my side, along with my husband. Dr. Tillman was extremely supportive of my decision and allowed me to call-the-shots for as long as the baby was not in danger. Finally, after 24 hours of labor and 3 hours of pushing, she had to break the news that the baby was in a transverse position, and I would require a C-section. She was fantastic. I have had two c-sections since then, and, like another review stated, I have NO scar. Dr. Tillman was also the first OBGYN in the country to have Essure done on herself. When my husband I decided that Essure was the right decision for us, she completed the procedure in her office for me. I have had no side effects and experience no pain or discomfort after the procedure. On a personal note, Dr. Tillman is a good listener and clearly puts the needs of her patients above everything else.

Dr Tillman is very kind, gentle, and thorough. I just moved to Dallas and visited her for an annual exam. When the time comes, I feel comfortable with her being my doctor throughout pregnancy. I have also heard great things about Presby Dallas for delivering babies.

I love Dr. Tillman. She is by far the best doctor that I have ever seen. She has delivered all three of my children and agreed to let me attempt a VBAC after two previous c/s. If I ever have to leave her, I will be very sad because she is not only a wonderful, compassionate, caring, and skilled doctor but my friend.

Dr.Tillman is the BEST!!! I love her and refer her to ALL my friends and anyone I know of looking for a new OBGYN. She took care of us during both pregnancies she was only able to deliver my first daughter Dr Woordard was on call the night for the second birth and she was awesome as well. I had 2 C-Sections and there is no scar you can't tell I was ever cut. Dr. Tillman is very spiritfilled, calm, loving, caring, soft spoken and the OBGYN anyone would want to have. I encourage you to treat yourself to the BEST Dr in Dallas, TX. After I had my second daughter I was in tears because I knew it would be very long time before I would see her again. She's the type of person you want in your circle of friends. I can't say anymore other than she is the BEST!

Dr Tillman's bedside manner is the best. When I moved to Dallas, I went to about 4 diff. obgyn until I started seeing Dr Tillman. She discovered that I had fibroid tumors, removed them and continues to monitor my pregress every 2-3 months. I feel safe with her and believe that she truly cares about my health and well-being.

I LOVE Dr. Tillman. She's friendly, patient, and she has a calm demeanor- a great trait when dealing with first pregnancies! She delivered my daughter via a scheduled c-section, and she did just great. My incision healed beautifully, and the nurses even commented many times on how "beautiful" my incision was! Who knew, rght? :) I always look forward to getting to see Dr. T. She's the best! - Amy Cowan

1. Tillman partially paralyzed my son by rough handling. 2. He was blue at birth, with associated brain damage, from not reacting to his distress correctly or not reacting in a timely manner. 3. She caused his distress by hyper-stimulating the uterus through ordering multiple doses of Cytotec to hurry the delivery, knowing fully that I was drug sensitive. 4. I beleive that she tried to rush the delivery because she (told me twice that she) was leaving at 7:00 am, as there was no legitimate medical reason. 5. She wore extra-long artificial nails for delivery. 6. She tore my guts in numerous places, but only sewed up outer tissue. I've had to have 2 reconstructive surgeries so far. 7. She never asked how he was, nor apologized for what she did to both of us. In my opinion, on that day, she should not have been trusted with anyone's life, whatever her reasons. I only pray that she learned from what she did and others don't suffer as we still do, 7 years later.
