During a very difficult time Dr Laciak was reassuring and helpful. He answered every question I had without ever being anything but kind. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. I will definitely be recommending him to anyone in need of a great and friendly urologist.

He was condescending (very snarky) to my father about his procedure as if he didn't have time to waste answering questions. I felt he was very rude. So very happy to have found a different doctor.

He was rude and condescending. He said my kidney stone would pass no problem. I had to go to ER and have surgery to have it removed, the surgery doctor said there was no way it would have passed on it's own, way too big. Thank God he (Laciak)was not the on-call doc.
