I agree with the "impatient and snarky" comment below. This was by far the worst doctor I've ever seen in my life. I don't mind a doctor who isn't very smiley or friendly, but this person was aggressively rude and unprofessional. She was agitated the entire time for some unknown reason. She's a urologist and didn't once look at my urinalysis, despite me asking her to review it (the reason I was there). She wrote down the name of an operation that she decided I should have (that was completely unrelated to the issue I wanted to discuss with her) and suggested that I go google it because I "loooooove to read about things online" (in a very sarcastic voice)... apparently because I had asked her about 2 or 3 conditions that seemed to possibly fit the symptoms I was experiencing... a completely normal thing to do when waiting 2 months in pain for an appointment. At one point she angrily said, "So what do you want me to do!?" What kind of a doctor says that? This is a person with serious problems. It's hard to imagine they let her work with people in such a vulnerable position.

Dr. Ochadlik provided excellent service for me, and I'm grateful to her. She is one of the few doctors I've encountered who is really knowledgeable and proficient. I feel that she is a no-nonsense nice person one can trust.

Dr. Ochadlik is extremely rude & condescending. She repeatedly asked the same questions (that I had explicitly answered) and was impatient & snarky. I'm so disappointed with the medical staff at the Corvallis Clinic! I will NEVER go back!

Dr. O'Chadlik is a wonderful person. She explains everything to you before she proceeds. She takes the time to make you feel confident. After 20 years of problems, it finally took a woman urologist to fix me.Mark C

Doctor and staff very attentive and concerned for my medical needs as well as answering questions and helping put me at ease. She was very accomodating and understanding of my pain and aprehensions about having the procedures done. She has worked on me twice now and if more work is needed or problems come back I will definatley seek her services again.

Physician did not listen to patient. She was rushed and did not provide help with symptom patient presented with. Verbal feedback to patient did not match notes that physician put in chart.
