i found Doctor hankinson after a bad experience in my previously delivery and could not find a better obgyn he was caring answered all my questions had a good sense of humor he i had a high risk pregnancy and he made me feel at ease i have no complaint of him at all im sad hes gone from Annapolis :'( he delivered my daughter in 09 best c section experience in the world had me calm talked to me made sure i was ok fixed my previous incision that was messed but by a diffrent obgyn

I did not have a great experience with Dr. Hankinson or Switzer. Dr. Hankinson was personable.. but was always rushed and never remembered me or seemed sincere. I felt like I was trying to hurry up and ask my questions so he could move on to his next patient. I felt rushed and like a #.

Dr. Hankinson is wonderful! His staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Sweitzer is wonderful as well! Would recommend them to all!

I had dr Hankinson in delaware and was so sad to learn that he moved, my son is now 8 which he delivered back in 2001 , i just found out i was pregnant again and extremely upset that he is practicing so far away , he had the best personality , he was funny he made you feel comfortable, hopefully he will move back to delaware to practice.

I would love to have had the same positive experiences as the others at Dr. Hankinson's office. However, he was always rushed, never remembered who I was, seemed to have not reviewed my chart prior to the appointments, and mocked me for having questions, (not that there were that many. My husband attended every appointment and finally insisted that I change practices late in my pregnancy because I left the office feeling so angry and upset and we could not take it any longer. Dr. Hankinson was very rude and made us feel as though we were wasting his time. I had some pretty major medical compications that we had to keep reminding him of. Having been referred to his office by my high risk ob, I was very surprised and disappointed. It was not the experience I was hoping for.

Dr. Hankinson is fantastic! I just had my baby on the 17th delivered by him. I went through 3 hours of pushing and with Dr. Hankinson's help successfully avoided a csection even though it was close! He is awesome with answering questions and helping you out. He has awesome bedside manner and makes you very comfortable with a great sense of humor. He came out in the middle of the night a few times when i had minor emergencies and he loves to tell you about his family which made me feel more comfortable and relaxed. He was there for almost all of my labor and when he wasn't able to be there he was reachable by phone and checked back in person many many times. He even came back and checked on the baby and myself the next 2 days...I miss going to see him every week now lol I definately recommend him to everyone!

Dr. Hankinson is WONDERFUL! Definitely makes you feel at ease when your in such a vulnerable position. Great bedside manner. I started seeing him when I became pregnant in 2006. As a result I can thank him for my healthy beautiful baby girl!

I have been a patient of the office since I was 16. The orignal Dr., delivered my son in 1991. When he 'retired', which made none too happy, I chose to stay with the office. I have never been happier. Not only do the staff remember me from way back, but Dr. Hankinson took over my care as if he had been caring for me from the beginning. I had my 2nd child in 07 and the care was beyond excellent. My husband and I are planning for another in 09 and even though we may be moving to Carroll Co., I will be making the trip for the prenatal care of Dr. Hankinson. He is a true Dr at heart and it shows in his care as well as his staff's, love Barb & Markita!! Kristen was also quite helpful, even though I only saw her a few times. She kept an open ear and had great answers & advise to all my questions. My daugher is going on 18 months and thriving. And it starts at the beginning, the prenatal care. Thanks to all in the office!! You should be proud !!
