My sister was seeing her for anxiety and ocd for several years now and she just took her own life. Who cares about punctuality or receptionist rudeness ratings when the doctor fails repeatedly to help her with advice or meds!!!!

The woman who works in back of front office is very rude

Unlike most medical aliments, Psychiatrist medicine is more about a Doctors' interpretation of a patients complaint. With little or no laboratory work, it all comes down to how the doctor comprehends the patients. My problems are 'complex' that requires a lot of time to explain. I have been with Dr Paluvoi for over 9 months. Best quality of her that I like is - She is very patient and lets me talk freely without feeling rushed at all. She takes her time to fully understand my issues. Unlike other Psychiatrists that I have had, she is never 'overbooked'. Each visit with her as averaged approx 20-30 minutes. Front Office is very efficient. Will highly recommend to any one that needs time to express themselves.
