Dr Moorer gives excellent care in every way. He is also a very caring and compassionate Dr. Always listens to your concerns and very supportive. Truly one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. I feel like I am in the best hands.

Everything went like clockwork. I was quickly checked in and shortly taken to the examining room. Vitals were taken and after a short wait Dr. Moorer came in. We discussed what was going on with my weight and PSA level and decided what to do next. His staff would make the arrangements and setup my next appointment.

If you are looking for a family oriented, welcoming staff & the best doctor who not only welcomes you with love but TRULY cares for you & your health this is the place to be. Doctor moorer is the kind of doctor that if you ever relocated you will travel just to keep him. He is my favorite doctor!!!! Give him a try & tell him Nikita sent you!!!!

Absolutely superb Doctor Moorer. Explained issues that did and did not require special care for an octogenarian who needed his guidance.
The office staff is first rate. Helpful, patient and pleasant.

Dr Moorer is fantastic. He puts you at ease from the beginning and yet you immediately know that he is brilliant in his job! I wish all doctors had his bedside manner and his knowledge! I rate him a 10+ off the chart!

Biography

Dr. Geoffrey Moorer received his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine. After a residency at the University of Maryland Medical Center, Dr. Moorer completed his hematology and oncology fellowship at the Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Moorer's research experience includes exploring novel chemotherapy regimens for the treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer. Dr. Moorer holds memberships in several organizations including the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology and the National Medical Association. He remains active in the medical and local communities through his involvement in hospital-based tumor boards and cancer committees and as the Medical Advisor for the First Mount Zion Baptist Church Survival Cancer Support Group. In his spare time, Dr. Moorer enjoys traveling, reading, and staying physically active.
