Houk started out a wonferful doctor but since the staff have changed his personal life has became at work. Visits are short and rude, misleading left confused and return calls are never returned. Medications are never called in.very dissappointed! I feel as if I am a inconvenience to this office!

Dr. Houk at one time was a good & caring doctor. Now he has let his personal life interfere with his practice. He does not want to take the time with you & he just want to give you a guess at what is wrong with you and send you on your way. If not better you have to make another appt. and get the same treatment. He will NOT return your phone calls and his staff is not educated enough to answer your questions. I am very disappointed the care lately.

He was doing a suboxone clinic and took peoples money and just stopped seeing them....
We seen dr, hook for 3 months with that being said we had to give him 400$ up front then at are last appontment we went in and he told us he is giving us 1 refil because he had to take a certification test, and to call back the week before it ran out to make another appoint. So that's what we did and then they told us he didn't tell us this, when he did so they told us that they will call us the 1st of november then they did not call so we called them back then they said the 20th of. November then the20th came around no call so we called back they told us it would be December 1s1sand they are 100% on that. So we have been lied to so many time so we was calling back to day to make sure it was still going to be the first and their phone is no longer in service. I highly recommend not going to Dr Houk. He lie, deceives, and steals your money and leaves you hanging. His very unprofessional.

Dr Houk is the best doctor I have ever seen. Dr Houk is very educated and takes the time to teach his patients about what ever is going on with them.

If you need help with understanding you conditions or you get medication from a company that delivers it to your doctors office go somewhere else. This doctors office is very incompetent when dealing with medication. I received my insulin from the company and they send it to the doctors office. The doctors office will not store it like they should until I can pick it up and they also have sent their physician samples to my house by my husband because they did not know that is was their office samples. You can ask them to call in you medication to the pharmacy and they will tell you they did when they didn't and when you let them know they will tell you that you are lying and they did call it in. Do not go to this office if you want to get and stay well.
