She took amazing care of my mother! The care and patience she had with my elderly mother was unlike any other physician. She called the next day to follow up too!

Sehra D. Sanpson treated me like less than a human being. I gave birth a couple months ago and have some postpartum issues, a lot of which are extremely painful. Sehra did a pelvic exam and was ridiculously aggressive while checking my cervix, which made the burning pain A LOT worse. She didn't say anything to me, removed her gloves and left. An imaging tech. noticed me clutching my abdomen and sobbing from the pain and asked my nurse for pain relief and the nurse told me to sit through imaging first(which I didn't mind, just wanted it over). Even your tech shook her head and apologized because she saw how much pain I'm in and because when she tried to adjust me to get images I cried out in agony. I sat through imaging and waited for my nurse to return with something for pain and nausea meds. She never did. 1hr later my doctor returns and says "we're discharging you, there was nothing on the images, I think you tore some abdominal muscles from over-exercion." I asked if I could be prescribed nausea and pain medicine to last me until Monday, when I see my PCP, because it was Saturday and
I was in way worse condition after her pelvic exam than before I came into the ER. Her exact words to me were, "That's just how these things go" while laughing and shaking her head at me, then leaves. I didn't see or hear from her after that. I found that to be unprofessional for someone whose profession is caring for people. She did her best to make me feel like some sort of drug addict, as if I wanted to be with her in the ER waiting for hours rather than at home with my baby. Like I wanted her to roughly probe my cervix after just giving birth. I've been taking my emergencies to this ER for over 10 years and I have to say I've never had a more unpleasant experience from ANY physician. I left your ER without any answers, in twice as much pain, and stressed to the point I was crying because Sehra made it her personal vendetta to inflict emotional stress on me. I understand having a strict policy on pain medication but I clearly wasn't lying about my pain. I'll make sure to steer clear of your facility from now on. Who knows, maybe you've pissed me off enough to get Keizer.
